DeFrancis Land and Forest Services was founded by Paco DeFrancis to help homeowners make the most out their land and property in a manner that celebrates our symbiotic relationship with the native forest and landscape. We specialize in barn, shed and outbuilding construction using locally- and sustainably-sourced rough cut lumber and materials at every turn and associated site work to provide the customer with the lowest price possible without compromising on quality, durability or structural integrity. We also perform needed upkeep and restoration (from shoring up foundations to residing and roofing) on existing barns and outbuildings with a focus on preserving these iconic structures that dot our landscape.
