Fully-ensured light excavation and tractor services including, but not limited to: Bush hogging; retaining walls (poured concrete and drystone with fieldstones found onsite); land clearing and lawn/garden expansion; drainage work; stump grinding; driveway construction, ditching and grading and culvert replacement and much more.

2026 rates for machine work start at $120/hour (5 hour minimum) with small additions fees ($10-30/hr) for services such as stump grinding and bush hogging.

Fixed-price quotes can be provided for larger multi-day or -week concrete and excavation projects.

Monolithic pier foundation for an addition on a steep and challenging site. Footings were pinned and epoxied into the ledge with #5 rebar due to lack of stable soil for footings to sit on. Scope was the foundation and site work only as framing/carpentry of addition built by others.
