2026 Price List
Turn key prices list includes frost-protected concrete pier foundation*, shiplap siding and a 26 gauge metal roof. Options and upgrade include garage doors, sliding barn doors, Alaskan slab or frost protected shallow foundation (FPSF), standing seam roof, and more. Advertised prices assume a reasonably level and accessible site. Additioal costs may apply on steep, tight or otherwise tricky sites. If there is less than 5′ of soil to work with footings will be pinned and epoxied into the bedrock and piers extended to 8″ above grade.
*Firewood sheds are built on pressure treated skids but can be upgraded to frost-protected piers if desired
Simple Gable Barn
20′ clear-span King Post post-and-beam truss, 26 gauge metal roof, locally milled and sourced 6×8 hemlock frame, bookshelf girts 24″ on center and white pine shiplap siding and 8′ sidewalls. Versatile structure that can be enclosed to be used as a garage. 6/12 roof pitch.

Firewood Sheds
8′ deep shed, with oversized rafter beams, 4×4 rough-cut purlins, economical live-edge slat siding (provides optimal balance of airflow and keeping bulk water out for firewood drying) and 26 gauge Heritage Panel roof (choice of color) with color-match 24- or 26-gauge protective beam cap flashing to protect exposed endgrain. Turnkey price includes three yards of 3/4″ stone for the pressure-treated skids to sit on. 3/12 monoslope roof pitch.

Run-in Sheds
Versatile 12′ deep run-in sheds similar in design to the Equipment Sheds but slightly smaller. 6×8 Hemlock framing; choice of Mortise-and-tenon tie-beam joinery or powder coated steel plates; 2×6 rough-cut spruce or hemlock girts and 4×4 purlins 24″ on center; 1×10 pine shiplap siding. Sonotube foundation with simpson post brackets. Kickboards and other equine options available as upgrades.

Equipment Sheds
Standard design of 16′ deep with 12′ wide bays. Mortise-and-tenon Timberframe joinery with 6×8 hemlock tie beam, 6×10 rafter beam and 6×6 posts. Depth can be increased by upgrading beam size and/or adding center support posts. 11′ front sidewall, 7′ back sidewall for a 3/12 roof pitch. Reach out for custom quote for a larger structure. Can also be enclosed and insulated to be used as an ADU or Barndominium shell.
